Beautiful 4 bedroom villa located in the outskirts of the picturesque village of Benalmádena, in Málaga. Sea views, nice outdoor, gardens, terraces and infinity pool.
This house, situated only one kilometer away from the beach, can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to its 4 bedrooms. It is a charming place for amazing holidays in Spain.
Indoors
The house is built in one level in a “L” shape, having on one side the sleeping areas and on the other side all the living areas.
From every room, visitors can appreciate stunning sea views.
Guests will enjoy the magnificent living room (60 square meters) with high ceilings and fireplace. This area opens to a beautiful covered terrace of 80 square meters, the garden and the pool.
There are also a comfortable dining room (with direct access to the kitchen and the terrace) and a fully equipped kitchen (with breakfast area, TV, island cooking area and laundry).
The villa has four bedrooms in total. All of them with private bathroom, direct access to the garden and incredible sea views. There is also a guest toilet with access from the hall entrance.
The master bedroom has king size bed. This bedroom includes also TV and dressing room.
Another bedroom has 2 beds including a queen size bed, one sofa bed. This bedroom includes also TV and dressing room.
Another bedroom has 2 twin beds.
The last bedroom has 4 beds including 2 twin beds, 1 mattress on the floor, 1 sofa bed. This bedroom includes also TV.
Outdoors
The villa is situated on 3000 square meters of gardens with breathtaking sea views over the Mediterranean sea, perfect for families as parents can relax while the kids have plenty of space to play.
Guests will enjoy the large pool (14 x 4 meters) and the outdoor shower.
Visitors will also appreciate the football goal, the ping pong table, different terraces, the back garden with orange and lemon trees, the sitting area, the chill-out bed and the gas BBQ.
The property also features a private driveway with parking ( for 5 to 6 cars).
