Situated along the beautiful coastline of the Granada province in Andalusia, this contemporary villa is ideal for those looking to enjoy natural surroundings while remaining within easy reach of services, sights and attractions.

The town of La Herradura is just a ten minute walk away from the property. It´s a typical Andalusian village.

Guests can explore over 19 kilometers of other beaches nearby or drive to the historic cities of Granada or Málaga, both of which can be reached by car in about an hour.

What really sets this house apart are the fantastic views that you can see from almost every room in the house, including from the indoor salt water swimming pool that contains water pumped and filtered directly from the sea.

Indoors

The large, open-plan living and dining area offers plenty of space for guests to relax, entertain and dine, and the room opens out directly onto a wide private terrace that of course features those fantastic views.

The kitchen is separate from the rest of the living space and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay.

Each of the bedrooms is spacious and bright, with ample storage and beautiful sea views. Bathrooms with plenty of space.

Villa on 4 levels. The villa is accessed from above.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed and both have ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace. There is also a guest bathroom and a sliding door that separates a space that you can adapt to accommodate a double bed if necessary.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with access to terrace, an open plan living and dining area with seating for 8.

The living and dining area also open out onto the terrace and outdoor swimming-pool.

On this level there is another double bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to the outdoor swimming-pool.

At the end of the garden there is a path that leads down to the sea.

Outdoors

An outdoor swimming pool, sun-lounging space and outdoor dining facilities mean guests can enjoy the warm Andalusian weather at any time of the day. This is a great place to get away from it all in beautiful Southern Spain.
