Located in the sutheastern corner of Spain, nestled in a secluded cove, this property is ideal for large groups of people.
This area is well known for the spectacular scenery that provided the background to western movies. Villa Adriel is the perfect choice for a wonderful holiday experience with its four great sized bedrooms, all with large ensuite bathrooms, two separate self-contained apartments, its spacious, fully equipped kitchen, and its semi-private beach that is shared with only three other villas. You access the home through electrically-operated gates that lead to a parking area for up to 4 vehicles.

This 350 square meter house with full air conditioning and heating, is spread over three floors
Ground floor
On the ground floor you find the hall that leads to the dining room with Andalusian style patio. Here there is a table that seats 8. The living room contains 3 large sofas, 2 coffee tables that seat 4 people. To the right of the hall is the large fully equipped kitchen containing a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, oven and a table to seat 8. There is a bedroom.
First floor
Master room with king size bed, and 2 bedrooms which contain queen size beds.
Each bedroom has sea views and ensuite bathroom.
Second floor
Here you will find the laundry room that you access through the roof terrace. Fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer and incredible sea views.
Apartment 1
Situated on the ground floor with one double bedroom, bathroom and large living area with sofa-bed and fully equipped kitchen.
Apartment 2
On the first floor (above the first). Doble bedroom, bathroom, living area with sofa bed, dining table. Separate kitchen. There is also a private terrace overlooking the sea.
The apartments share a laundry room with washer, dryer and freezer (separate from the main house).
Outdoors
This villa has its own private infinity swimming pool and jacuzzi. There are also a number of terraces on different levels. Fully equipped with tables, chairs, and sun loungers.
Location
Villa Adriel is just a short drive from the neighbouring village of San Juan de los Terreros.
You have to rent together with the rest of the house the individual apartments, which can function separately as fully self-contained units.
