First floor
Montgo suite, a space dedicated to relax, a place with a beautiful terrace overlooking the front garden, equipped with king size bed, dressing and an amazing bathroom with bath, shower, toilet area and spectacular views of the pool and the garden.
2 double bedrooms, with a lounge in the middle. The room “Denia” has a solarium overlooking the pool. The room “Jávea” has a queen size bed, bathroom with shower, as well as a small balcony overlooking the side garden.

Ground floor
On the ground floor there is the entrance lobby, which access to the living room with direct access to the porch and the garden, and the television room or winter living room. This living room is equipped with fireplace. It has access to the pool and garden.
On the ground floor there is also the main dining room with a table that seats 16 people. The kitchen is fully equipped.
You will also find an ensuite double bedroom with two beds with direct access to the porch and pool.
Outdoors
The villa has a unique and lush garden of 3500 m2 with trees, palm trees, green lawn, flowers,… that invites you to enjoy the night and day outside.
Location
The villa is located in a very quiet and cozy residential area. Beautiful views from the south terrace and the garden to the Montgo Natural Park. The villa is about 900 m. from the nearest beach.
